1.5 HOUR INTUITIVE COUNSELING SESSION $150
A combination of conventional psychotherapy, intuitive guidance, and spiritual healing practices such as guided imagery, visualization, chakra therapy, shamanic practices, and energy work. Each session is guided by spirit and unique to the individual seeking healing. The purpose of this session is to gain clarity, remove blockages and to move forward with true self-compassion and a drive to build a stronger foundation where one can connect with their intuition; the internal guidance system that supports one in their personal journey of growth, learning, evolution and self-healing.
1.25 HOUR CHAKRA BALANCING SESSION $125
Balance and Restoration
Chakras are conceived as the energy centers of the body. A chakra balancing session combines a brief overview of how energy works, a personalized assessment of client’s energy field, and a reiki session focused on balancing the chakra system so that energy may flow more freely and the body may return to its natural state of balance, peace and joy.
1 HOUR REIKI SESSION $90
Relax and Release
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that has been known to reduces stress, anxiety, pain, and relieve symptoms caused by illness or injury. Many people have referred to Reiki as a "laying on of hands". It can be done over long distances as well since it does not require physical touch, though most often light touch is used for in-person sessions.
Reiki is comprised of two Japanese words, "Rei" and "Ki". The "Rei" meaning divine wisdom, divine guidance, and "Ki" as the universal life force energy, the unseen energy that permeates everything within this universe. Together they form the foundation of a healing practice which taps into this divine wisdom to channel energy through a practitioner to release blockages and heal dis-eases. This healing takes place on a mental, physical, emotional, or spiritual level (often all of the above).
1 HOUR DISTANCE ENERGY SESSION $75
Distance healing
Energy is not bound by space and time. Fully relax and receive healing energy from the comfort of your home. Release blockages and restore balance to mind, body and spirit.

ABOUT ME
In addition to being an energy practitioner, I am also a licensed mental health counselor with over 20 years experience in the mental health field . I have learned through my own personal healing journey the importance of a holistic approach; to recognize and intentionally engage all parts of self in the healing process. I consider myself to be a trauma informed practitioner. I find that my mental health background supports my energy work, and vice versa, as they’ve shown to be quite complimentary.
As part of my practice and philosophy for any services I provide, I strive to both educate and empower my clients always. We are our own healers, and powerful ones at that. I am merely a guide to support and assist others in tapping into their own gifts, abilities and innate wisdom. It is my mission to help others remember who they are at the core, underneath the many layers of conditioning one experiences throughout a lifetime.
